I. Core Principles

As the tutorials are digital knowledge products, they are reproducible and can be delivered instantly. Once the purchase is successful and access is granted, there are no unjustified refunds or changes, and the transaction takes effect immediately.
II. Situations where refunds are not issued
· Tutorial activated successfully : After order payment is completed, the system displays "Purchase successful" and "Tutorial activated", and the user can access and learn the tutorial content normally.
· Incorrect information selection : Individuals may have mistakenly selected the wrong tutorial type (e.g., mistakenly selecting "Douyin E-commerce" instead of "Taobao Operations") or entered incorrect account information (e.g., binding an account that is not their own), resulting in the tutorial being delivered to the wrong account.
· The tutorial has been used : The user has watched the video tutorial, downloaded the text and image materials, participated in the practical guidance, etc., or the tutorial content has been partially or fully learned and used.
· Regretful purchase : Due to personal reasons such as changes in personal plans or cancellation of learning needs, I no longer wish to use the tutorials I have purchased.
· Expired and unused : The tutorial has a clearly defined valid learning period (e.g., "1 year from the date of purchase"). Due to the user's own reasons, the learning and use of the tutorial within the validity period has expired.

III. Refundable Circumstances
In the following situations, you can contact customer service to apply for assistance. The platform will handle the matter at its discretion based on the specific circumstances:
· Duplicate payment for the same order : Due to system delays, operational errors, etc., the same tutorial order was paid for repeatedly, and multiple learning permissions were not granted.
· Our technical issue : Due to platform system failure, server problems, or delivery chain anomalies, the tutorial may not have access after payment, and the content may not be viewable.
· Incorrect product information : The tutorial content (such as course chapters, applicable platforms) and service period marked by the platform do not match the actual delivered content, affecting normal learning and use.
· Other situations where refunds are required by law : Situations where refunds are mandatory in accordance with national laws, regulations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
IV. Refund Process
1. Application deadline : You must contact customer service through the designated channels to submit a refund application within 24 hours of discovering the problem. Failure to do so will affect the review efficiency.

Required Documents : You need to provide the following supporting documents to customer service: order number (which can be found in "My Orders"), the linked learning account, a detailed description of the problem (such as the tutorial not being activated, the wrong content being sent, etc.), and relevant supporting screenshots (such as order payment vouchers, screenshots of pages where the tutorial cannot be accessed).
1. Review and Refund : Customer service will review the application and materials within 1-7 business days. Once approved, the fee will be refunded via the original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the rules of the third-party payment platform such as Alipay and WeChat Pay.
